The Great Outdoors of Los Angeles

I love being outdoors in Los Angeles. On average the weather is always close to 70 degrees, usually sunny, with a cool breeze. There is an abundance of outdoor shops, restaurants with great patios/views, and beaches close by. One of my favorite ways to get exercise in is to go on a hike. It’s a great way to be outdoors, exercise, and sightsee  (without feeling like such a tourist).  Here are some of the best hikes LA has to offer:

  1. Runyon Canyon- Hollywood
  2. Griffith Park Observatory- Hollywood
  3. Escondido Falls- Malibu
  4. Big Cottonwood Canyon- Silverlake
  5. Tri Peaks- Santa Monica

Friday Fashion Finds

I’m ecstatic it’s Friday! I have plans at the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday night, brunch on Sunday, and a trip to the Fairfax Flea Market.  Even though its Friday it feels like Monday is right around the corner again! Hopefully this weekend passes by slowly.
