Fishnets | Couture In Wonderland

On Saturday night I decided to host a small gathering for Halloween. Since Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year Los Angeles was packed with costumed patrons over the weekend. When I was a kid I always had a fascination with Alice in Wonderland, especially the Madd Hatter tea party! Maybe it was the fact that Alice created an alternate universe where even the most insane things were possible. I was able to put together a last-minute costume with a black dress, fishnet tights, and a chunky necklace with a purple scarf to create a necktie, and of course I purchased a Madd Hatter top hat.
